| Instructions for filling data on “ERP System” (for Students) |
| Before filling up the admission form – Keep following documents ready in scanned JPEG format. The size of each document must be less than 300 KB. • Your Photograph (as used for I-Card) • Your thumb impression • 10th mark sheet • 12th mark sheet • CET/AIEEE score card • Diploma final year mark sheet (if applicable) • Graduation mark sheet (for MCA/ME students) • Nationality certificate • All previous semesters’ mark sheets • Nationality certificate • Migration certificate (if applicable) • Caste certificate (if applicable) • Caste validity certificate (if applicable) • GAP certificate (if applicable) |

Note : Open Mozilla Firefox browser. 1. In the College Website top menus, go to Staff & Students menu. Select Students Corner----> Student Login 2. Following login window will appear. Input your login id and password given to you. |

| 3. Click on "Change Password" and change the default password given to you. Please remember the Changed password for future login`s. |

4. Select “ Admission form ** LTCE” and click on ‘submit’ button. 5. The following screen will appear. Select ‘Admission form’ tab. |

| 7. Fill all the fields in (step 1 of 6). A) Form Number : Collect your form number from your class advisor. B) Enrollment number: Write your university enrollment number (as it appear on university exam hall ticket/mark sheets) C) Collect your email id and password from your class advisor. D) Then you need to upload JPEG file of your passport size photo and Thumb image. Kindly note size of jpg files should not be more than 300KB. E) Thumb impression can be produced on plain paper using stamp pad (ink) and then scan the same page as Thumb image. Kindly note size of jpg files should not be more than 300KB. 8. Check all fields are properly filled and then click on Next button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-1 once you click the next button for step 2. 9. | 10. Fill all the fields in (step 2 of 6). Check all fields are properly filled and then click on Next button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-2 once you click the next button for step 3. The new screen will appear as follows. Step 3 of 6 |
| 11. Fill all the fields in (step 3 of 6). Check all fields are properly filled and then click on Next button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-3 once you click the next button for step 4. The new screen will appear as follows. Step 4 of 6 |

12. Fill all the fields in (step 4 of 6). Check all fields are properly filled and then click on Next button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-4 once you click the next button for step 5. The new screen will appear as follows. Step 5 of 6 |
| All the students will have to fill the following fields except First year& Second year direct admission students. |
| 13. Fill all the applicable fields in (step 5 of 6). Check all fields are properly filled and then click on Next button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-5 once you click the next button for step 6. The new screen will appear as follows. Step 6 of 6 |
| 14. Fill all the applicable fields in (step 6 of 6). Upload all the applicable documents scanned in JPEG format of size less than 300KB. Click on “finished” button. Kindly note that you cannot come back to this step-6 once you click the finished button. The server may take few minutes to upload your documents. On successful uploading the new screen will appear as follows. |
